You know and remember what I looked like at over 20% body fat and out of shape at 165 pounds. That was when you started working with me nearly two years ago.

Here are pictures taken this past weekend.

I am currently at 188 pounds and 10%-11% body fat. I am playing rugby semiprofessionally here in Scottsdale, back to training MMA and BJJ, and I owe all of my continued progress, motivation, and perseverance to the dedication you put into me as my trainer, teaching me how to eat right, lift right, and live my life to be healthier and stronger in all aspects.

Bo introduced me to a wide variety of training methods including TRX Suspension Training, RIP Training, functional training and strongman training.  Over the course of a year, Bo's training resulted in a reduction of body composition from 16.2% to 12.7%, and a return to a very active lifestyle.  Thanks Bo!
